The only bad thing about having it go that fast is waiting for the Ratio to come out to 1:1 or better....

I don't know, in that pic it is showing your download speed as 0 B/s. I wouldn't really call that a fast transfer. Now if you are talking about the total speed of the torrent then yes that is fast. But that isn't the speed you are going.

The download speed is reading 0 because the file has completed downloading..

I have posted another pic on CMX with a couple of speeds that were going great, but yes this file transfer finished quickly but I did not catch it going because I wasnt around when it finished because I thought it would finish alot later than it did......
