Once again, Windows has released a new operating system. It's called:
Windows XP Media Center Edition* 2004
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You should look into it. It has all the benifits
of Windows XP Professional Edition and more
re-engineered features, which make it more
reliable and it also runs your programs faster
than ever.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sounds great where can I go and get it.......
*Cough* *Cough* ^Sarcasm^
No but seriously, it is coming down to a new OS every year now and not much changes. I will wait to get a copy of LongHorn but until then I will stick with my XP Pro.........

I don't even know if I will switch to Longhorn. My friend beta tested XP and they are looking for Longhorn Beta testers. So if he does Longhorn I will see what he says before I make a decision. I have no use for a 64 Bit OS and I don't think I will need one anytime soon.

Why would you call an OS LongHorn. Doesn't sound too professional imo

Yeah I am gonna wait for the 775 Prescott chips to be 64 bit enabled before I even think about moving from XP Pro.

Windows XP was codenamed Whistler. I don't think the final product will be called Longhorn. It's just the codename. Intel and AMD do the same thing with their proc's.
