Im using the Cobalt theme, so i dont know if it is Cobalt making all the questions in capitals, if not how do a change it to normal text.

example:- when i go to do a quiz a question looks like this

WHAT ANIMAL HAS A LONG NECK?

I want it like this:-

What animal has a long neck?

Yes i am using the latest - anyway thanks ive found the problem, the forumlink css shows all in capitals, ive changed it now, so its not a problem with your quiz it was a problem at my end..
