I have Cash Mod in my Board and user_points as Cash.
I can play a Quiz mit negative Points. Is that correct or is that is an error ?

It is not a bug, it is just a quirk I suppose, because if I am not mistaken, you can still post if you have negative points. There may be a setting in the Cash MOD for this.
