Problem editing the Quiz - Users have no moderation access

Editing a quiz in UQM v 1.3.0 gives me unchecked check boxes in the quiz. I need to check the correct answers again. If its a general knowledge quiz of 50 questions. It takes a long time to find out the correct answers again.
Secondly, Users having moderation access on their quizzes don't get access to edit or delete the quiz. Is it a bug or just not the feature?
