is it possible to make a Big Quiz with i don't know 100 Questions.
And then the Users can choose with a dropdownmenu how many Qestions they want to do?
Because some people only have 5 mins of time and others have the complete day.

Not really. You can create a quiz with 100 questions no worries, but the user can't select how many questions they want to do. It's either all of them or none of them
