I would like to know if it's possible to have, like your site, one question in one page, and not all the questions in the same ?

I'm afraid not. The 1 per page was in the old version only.

You are free to use 1.0.6 if you wish (although I'm not sure if it is still available or not! It was released several years ago) but 1.2 and 1.3 have many more features.

Yup... 1.0.6 is still available.
