The download log feature looks like a nice touch:

Download logs (optional text file for every file you download with detailed statistics on users, bytes and times)

I'm at work, so downloading and testing a winmx client might not go over smoothly right now, but it looks pretty cool.

Any plans to release the source code?

WinZO 1.04 released

The main addition is the chat client.
Also features experimental AVI files checking, an ability to check AVI videos while downloading and redownload detected broken parts.
Some minor bugs were fixed.
Starting with this release WinZO is distributed with sources under GPL licence
