I seen that earlier today.

The WinMX software is no longer available.

But you can still download it from the winmxworld archives & other sites that still have it available to download from their site.

I think the fact that the website is up again is encouraging, unless it's only so they can continue to make a buck from their banner ad.

probably to make some money, they'll probably end up making WinMX much like napster and kazaa, pay a fee per download.

what haunts me is who is "complaining" about me downloading the movie sahara. It makes me wonder just who is doing it. According to some sources it is just as illegal for MPAA/RIAA to "share" the files to prosecute people. Leaving me with one question, if it is them, how are they doing it?

I hope WinMX doesn't become a pay per download site or app.

It helps you if you pay off some politicians to turn their cheeks to the Cartels illegal activities & get them to change the laws in favour of the Cartels, not the costumers.
Yes they're breaking the law, I believe DOS attacks are illegal but they don't seem to see that way.
