Seems that in their rush to team up with Sony, Comcast are trying to break their own terms and conditions, and deny a customer legal justice.

Seems they forgot to get a court order, not suprising is it , they break the law more than any of their subscribers with monopolistic practices like monitoring
downloads and choking the ones that give the customer what they are paying for.

I think maybe Comcast should be treated as an example to let the other ISP,s know we will take action for violating our rights and their contracts.Applicable law prohibits us from disclosing personally identifiable information concerning any subscriber for any purposes other than those listed above without the subscriber’s prior written or electronic consent. The frequency of any information disclosure varies in accordance with our business activities and needs.
