MPAA Cartel Attempt To Circumvent Privacy Rights

Seems the cartel is trying a new "backdoor" way of attempting to blackmail your ISP into breaching your rights to privacy online.

The motion picture association (MPAA) and their international arm the IFPA, have launched an initiative to attack the ISP,s directly and you in turn,
by demanding that the ISP,s make contracts with subscribers denying them of due process of law.
The theives cartel are not content to steal from you the consumer, who dutifuly purchases their over priced goods but they seem determined to force
liability on the ISP companies so they can sue them at a later date no doubt.
I hope the ISP,s see sense and show these pathetic jokers the door.

Failing this, I predict a dramatic rise in encrypted communications across the internet, our privacy is not going to be stolen that easily

Heh! Encryption is always a good idea anytime you are dealing with 'sensitive' communications. (and by that I mean pirating )
They can measure the volume of your traffic, but not the content.
As far as anyone else knows I am downloading and uploading free non protected content. Paranoia goes with the territory..
