Its free and operates easily from your Print menu, simply create your document, select print, select Primo pdf and its done!!

You can also do it with RoboPDF (not free, costs around $50, development discontinued 2004). Or use OpenOffice instead of ms office. PDF file creation is standard in OpenOffice and .... it's FREEEEEEE.

Ello again,
I have now installed and tried PrimoPDF. It seems pretty good. It has the annoying habit of opening acrobat reader as soon as you save a new file. I don't need to immediately view all pdf files as I make them and can't find a way to turn that off. Still, a nice product. In the attachment (warning, size about 320KB), you'll see what it made of the CMX index page when I was looking at it just now. It seems fairly accurate, except for the lack of background colours.
