anyone using the channel list patch may have noticed that your winmx has started to crash on loading the list
i've released an update for it today, so download it again and the problem should be solved

yes, i just replaced the patch with the new one... although someone on my forum posted about crashing with the new patch, although it seemed to clear up the problem in my test, so any feedback on that would be nice
cant hurt to try the latest one anyway, it doesn't seem to make it any worse and it might just make it better

Km does this address the conflict between the Patch and Bendmx using the same dll ?
This may well explain why since the new Bend release we are experiencing more complaints about the patch being non effective.
I suspect folks are loading Bendmx up and accidently erasing the patch during the install.
Any ideas, and have you spoke to Bender with regard to this ?

I,ll answer my own question as KM has already provided the information I was seeking on another forum.
To make sure you have no conflicts with KM,s Patch and BendMx follow this set of instructions.
(1) Install BendMx 3.99 alpha 2

(2) Install KM,s Patch , replacing the old olepro32.dll , into the C:\Program Files \winmx\ folder. Look on the left side and select Winmx, out of the site options then
WinMx Patch
http://www.kingmacro.net/kingmacro/
Then restart WinMx.
( 2A) Or... This is an alternative plan, go the whole hog and ditch the patch, by upgrading WinMx to 3.54.
