Hmm here is the long awaited Exeem ( 0.20 ) public release
I hope it is not to adware ridden but I,ll give it a chance to shine as with my other tests. Get it here

This is the description with the download

eXeem is a brand new Peer-To-Peer program which is based on the BitTorrent idea. It eliminates the need for trackers as nodes in the program will be taking their role. It also features easy publication of files to the network as well as a rating and comments system. eXeem contains no spyware - it is free and is ad-supported. It is currently still in its beta testing phase, which means that the network might not be completely stable yet.

You are probably right Grinch, the new lite version (Exeemlite 0.20) is hopefully going to be released in a few days.
Thats more to my liking than this release.

This is great news They have finally seen reason and removed the obligatory embedded ad/spyware in Exeem. (Version 0.21)

I also read this about it.

eXeem Public Beta version 0.21 has been released. Most of the bug fixes were done to the network system (nodes). We have also fixed the search crash bug. We added a stop function to New files and we are testing out html type of ads in the program. In this release you will not get any mandatory third party software installed with eXeem.
Update can be done through the program. If the program crashes after the update, restart it. This version might take a bit longer to start and close.

I think the negative publicity has shown them the error of their ways.
I hope the company supplying the html advertising links is not owned by the big music companies
