Grouper is not an open P2P system but it allows you to set a group of people who can have access to your files in a similar fashion, read about it here.

Okay i am going to try this out and see how it works as right now I have no uploads or download capability on winmx...grrr on either machine...and before you say it..i have tried nearly everything so...here goes

Well it seems to be a good program as yet the tranferes went fast enough 20k and was easy to get connected and find the files...So for getting someone my files it seemed to work great..
and Red...ermm no..not reformating its prolly my isp and i gonna have a word with them tomorow...

Hrrmmm they may have blocked the ports you were running for winmx...

Err no sh*t...lol
That is an ongoing problem in the United States Red if you have a look around this forum and others you'll see its been happening for months now...giggles
So far the problem ones are Cablevision, Cox, and Optimum and apparently Cablelynx which is my provider...lol

Maybe Road Runner has blocked the ports I was using I should look into it
