This is a relatively new P2P client and its claim to fame is that it is a virtually anonymous Encrypted network , you only connect to a few ppl called "neighbours" and and they connect to the ouside world in a similar fashion .
The neighbours cannot read the file you request or even know who requested it, in fact they will never know anything about it ..lol
As of writing this is the most secure P2P client I could find ,BUT, and theres always a but , in its current releases it is rather complicated to setup .
First you will need a java plugin and that may need to be updated , then you will need to point it to a few folder such as incoming and outgoing .
Next comes the port used , (there is a default ) then to where your browser resides in program files . theres many options you may wish to tweak but your nearly there , now after pushing the button labelled connect your firewall is tested to allow the client to connect , you can then search for a hash or string and see whats on the network, which when I looked it was a bit lacking but I did obtain some results for linux stuff and mp3,s .
I may have made all this sound fairly easy but trust me it really isnt. For those wishing to try this new client out get it here

That looks interesting. If I weren't such a lazy arse, I'd even check it out. Sounds like it's not going to deliver instant gratification.

With a lot of goverments breathing down ppls necks I beleive this is the way we are being pushed.

Its not as good as it says. it needds more sprucing up and as a java aplication that it uses IRC to find files ( which is ok ) but give it time they might actually give it an overhaul to look better and user friendly
