[BT] Protowall and Blocklist Manager

Protowall is a usefull app that would benefit those who fear DMCA complaint letters from their ISP. Basically Protowall is an IP blocker 
It blocks known naughty IP's. It runs silently in the background not taking up valuable cpu resources blocking unwanted intuders who could possibly report you to your ISP. Combine this with the Blocklist Manager and you are relatively secure. It is impossible to know the IP's of all the bad guys but the BLM updates everyday on it's own or you can manually udate the blocklist yourself. You can also enter in IP's manually if you so desire. In my honest opinion this is a much needed app for the regular BT user. This also can be combined to the Azureus Client as well.
