Well Red , I've had NO Spyware or Adware from it ... it only uses a DataMiner ( minor risk ) for targeting adverts to the ad box in the lower right part of the client. As for Kazaa it wasnt a decentralized P2P program was it? As far as i knew , Kazaa was working off a server ( dont quote me as i could be wrong ) and thats how ARIAA got involved .. i dont know about kazza as ive never used it b4 .. maybe Quicksilver could answer that one for me or some other person who has actually used it?

Personally, against spyware/adware I use:
Ad-aware
Spy bot search and destroy
Spyware blaster (supposedly prevents various infection methods like spy bot does).
All 3 are kept up to date.
I don't visit porn or warez sites either. I find that many commercial sites have at least a data miner lurking somewhere.

I have tried that prog and it doesnt work worth a monkeys nipple...
The interface is insane, bunch of banners, ads, etc.
Search just brings up crap, Maybe its just me but i think its a Kazap wannabe or something.
I will stick with MX

well, Everthing i have got off it has worked from windows XP pro, Home, 2k, games, music, ebooks, and whatever else i have gotten.
Still i stick by my response earlier i havent got any adware or any other spyware from using WAREZ ... never installed any other programs other than WAREZ. but if anyone has had any problems with spyware with WAREZ then please do post about it.

I used it for a little while.... some of the movies and songs i got were acceptable quality... not brilliant... but now it refuses to connect every no matter how long i leave it... firewalls on or off.. so i don't use it ne more.
