They will all try to save themselves bandwidth,and trackers are munchers of it, in fact they are probably quite happy to blame the mpaa/riaa/bpi for "forcing" them to shut down trackers.
No ISP has been threatened that I know of ,so that can only mean that if they shut tracker sites down its purely voluntary.

I should have known, they did it to me before but I like to push the envelope every now and again

RoadRunner is not available in my area. Only Comcast and Verizon DSL. I may switch to Verizon as I know a few people running servers without a problem with Verizon.
