They are claiming extortion, mail fraud, and wire fraud against the RIAA in a class action suit. The RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) is used against organized crime and generally means big penalties.
Hopefully this goes through and sets a precedence in the US court system.
