I downloaded it and so far it isn't too bad. My site is broken due to all the hacks I had to use to get it to look right in IE6. So if you maintain a website be sure to check it against IE7.

This will be available via automatic updates in November so be on the watch for it if you are dead set against using it.

For those of you running "borrowed" copies of Windows XP you do have to validate before installing. Lucky for me I aquired a legit copy.
