That looks like a good utility, I stupidly purchased an old copy of Acrobat to do the same job a while back,

I have now installed and tried PrimoPDF. It seems pretty good. It has the annoying habit of opening acrobat reader as soon as you save a new file. I don't need to immediately view all pdf files as I make them and can't find a way to turn that off. Still, a nice product. In the attachment (warning, size about 320KB), you'll see what it made of the CMX index page when I was looking at it just now. It seems fairly accurate, except for the lack of background colours.
