I'm not too familiar with Winamp 5, the closest I got to using it was the Winamp 5 Beta 4

So are you trying to join several songs to make an album, or are you trying to add an album to the playlist :?

You mean to burn? I've never used Winamp for that, but what your friend told you sounds like how you would do it with Nero.

You Can get a PLUG-IN for winamp for burning your playlist to cd but it only lets you burn 2 or 3 times then its useless unless you buy the add-on. But if you want to burn a mp3 cd your best bet would be with nero.
