Once again a US court has decided to ignore the bleating lawyers of the RIAA , who seem to bring many frivilous cases ( because they just dump the cost on the products they sell you)

Seems that the courts are fed up being given incorrect information and require proof rather than hot air , a victory for common sense I,d say
