Have you already started downloading the file and want to get it going again after a crash?
If you do recieve that, you either just keep having it find sources now till a compatible match comes along, or just keep trimming off 10k from the end of the file till it successfully matches
^ (advanced users only...usually only for large movies...music loses a lot from it with even 10k gone)

HI Pointblanke , this is normally caused by a bit of the file you have being corrupt.
What you need to do is when the file is red , right click on it and select Trim 10k from file (I usually click this twice
) , and then retry to download it.
Hope that helps
(Hmm while I was typing Red was posting
Maybe I should trim him too..lol )

Actually the file never gets a chance to start downloading. It connects for literally a split second and goes to file mismatch before any data is transferred.

Can you confirm that this is happening on new files , not ones you have as incomplete, and also can you try to d/l small files 50k and normal mp3,s and see if there is any change (50k is a small text type file ).
sounds like musicmatch is interfering, or some other mp3 program.

I suspect that the cause is this also.Vladd44 wrote:sounds like musicmatch is interfering, or some other mp3 program.
If you have musicmatch jukebox installed, you will want to disable the "watch folders" option.

I,m one of those "use Microsoft and put up with it not working" types of people, so I would never have got to the bottom of this one
