checksum error

I'm having a problem getting wcs to load. It keeps saying cecksum error redownload file. I do and reinstall and it still does it. Anyone have an idea what is going on?

Did you download this recently Scott , as there has been a few hiccups on KMs site, the main one being that WCS will not function correctly
until it contacts KM,s site to check for any program updates.
The second one was that there was an update that was uploaded then withdrawn, meaning that you may have a suspect installation that can fail the checksum .
If as I think is the case you are trying to install this from scratch I suggest asking any WCS room host for a cop, or to hold on for a day or two until Km can correct his site problems.
As I write the site is still down.

if you have run it once then it should be able to work without checking the update server, but if its the first time and it doesn't have its checksum saved then you need the checksum.txt from someone who does have it working and it'll run fine - in theory at least...

anyone got a working checksum.txt? heh (the technical difficulties on my site refer to the fact i cant access any of my files for a few days)
