Ok for those reading this thread heres an update on the situation. this came from a post on Benders MxControl site.

I Think The Problem May Have Something To Do With That Rename Feature Thingy Cause Today I Add +i to someone and they left with a user hi-jack notice... so maybe on your next release you can have it removed or a feature in options that you can turn on or off???

Bender has also said he may remove support for the chat server plugin from RoboMX.
