Which one do you like better and why?

I like AMD because I have always used it and never had a problem, I have also used Intel Chips. But for my money I will always stick with AMD.

i will have to go wth intel for this one...
dont get me wrong AMD has got very good chip sets but not very good over clocking
while intel has got some awsume chip sets and is fairley good at over clocking
Intel is my choice

Intel definatley. The new 5x0 socket 775 P4 and P4-EE chips will blow the socks off of AMD.

Yeah the 939 Chips. I have seen some benchmarks for the two CPUs, and the 3.6Ghz P4 775 beats the AMD 3800+ 939 in both content creation and just peaks the AMD with games.

I think in the next few months you will see the price of both 478 and 775 Pentium 4 Extreme Edition Chips fall, most benchmarks show that the P4EE is only just beating the normal P4 in standard gaming and content creation. P4EE is more of a workstation CPU, but yeah I think the price will drop as the performance compared to the 775 P4s isn't enough considering the EE editions are usually twice the price.

I have always favoured Intel chips over all overs but hard cash usually makes the decision these days .
Amd just seem to keep the prices of their processors affordable , all in all , not really any complaints either way :)
