the jump to: box? never had a problem with it, it is possible that something like that would happen if you click stop before the page loaded. Like said above. if you have a bunch of toolbars, and some of them like to include a bunch of useless crap, like the alexa tollbar features a pop-up blocker, which i only use it to get site ranks and traffic deatils. It also may have something to do with the occasional 500 error.
