Folders Synchronizer X

FoldersSynchronizer is a nifty and popular utility for Macintosh (Classic and Mac OS X Jaguar, Panther, Tiger and Leopard) which synchronizes and backs-up files, folders and disks. The user can choose one or more pairs of files/folders/disks and then they will be synchronized/backed-up exactly. FoldersSynchronizer is available also as lite version.

Nice find Moon

There is also an inbuilt backup feature in Mac (Leopard, not sure about older versions) called Time Machine. As long as an external hard drive is connected, it will backup your system daily, only transferring files which have been changed I believe
