UQM 1.3.3 problem

I installed UQM 1.3.3 but The users can't modify end delete their own inserted quiz, despite in the administrator control panel I have selected the option "Can quiz authors can moderate their own quiz".
Where is the problem? I had the same problem with the ultimate quiz mod 1.2.0.

Do the users get any sort of error when attempting to delete/modify their quiz, or does the option simply not appear at all?

The option not appear in UQM 1.3.3 and in 1.2.0
