I haven't been to the Vladd44 forums in a while, since I usually like to be able to devote enough time to get caught up on all the new threads when I check in, to make sure I don't miss anything good. I've tried over the last 3 days, but I haven't been able to pull the site up. Seems he went offline around the end of August.

The only info I could find was in this (now locked) thread on the Slyck forums.

Does anybody have more information about what happened? If it's really gone for good, I think that it's a loss for the WinMX community. He had a lot of great resources available.

I haven't had WinMX installed in quite a while, so I don't know if his chat is still up. I imagine it probably is, and will be for quite a while, but who knows who'd host it.

Any thoughts?

Vladd has taken his sites offline cos of the DDOS attacks against his sites.
Vladd's planning on suing KM over the mess , Vladd claims that it is KM who is DDOSing his site.

Among other programs, some more savory than others. If I remember correctly (as rarely as that happens) he's the one that unleashed poison nushi on WinMX. Oh, how I loved the days of having some jerkwad dump an entire chat room.
