How fast have you gone??

i just saw the fastest speed i have ever gone with a WinMX DL, i clocked it @ around 73k's and i think thats pretty impressive for WinMX, that was off 7 users though

I've hit over 200k as well I think off of 13 users. I've done over 200 on BT as well. I downloaded The Butterfly Effect this morning in an hour but I was connected to 47 users.

WinMX is a poor indicator of speed the way the K/s jump up then down playing "catch-up" and then leveling off. The fastest I have seen on WinMX has been around 340 K/s. Do I believe it was really that fast? I don't know, and as long as I get my file fast I don't care either.

yer but like freez said its not accurate so dont always believe what you see on WinMX

Unless you have some super fast isp which is over 4000 down, you can't get 500K. Sometimes winmx and windows can't keep track of that stuff correctly.Red XIII wrote:1 person: 150K

I remember when I used to get 80K off of va_500 all the time. I also remember getting way over 100K from some guy that had tons of Boards of Canada. That was a fun nite. Just dling one after another....
