Yes, it's the attachment mod. You can upload things when posting (see under the posting box)

btw, cant see where to upload files...
Maybe only admin, mods have that possibility ?

I think it's useful.. and everybody can upload files
If you can't, maybe it is just this particular forum.. try Testing Forum or OT Forum.

I have looked into this mods install code thing now.
Well i think this is tooo hard for me to implant.
Maybe next year i have learned alittle more so i can do it.
Before i started my forum i could not make one line php code so =P

Attachment MOD has been removed temporarily, it will be added back sometime soon

aha, ok. Removed or disabled ?
Must be quite some work to remove it and then
install it again so =P o.O
Btw, what do you think about the vulnerable like viruses in
zip files and such ? Pehaps one should not enable zip files
in that kind of mod ?

Removed temporarily, it will be back soon.
Here you would never have a problem with anything malicious being uploaded, because all of our regulars are trusted people. On a different forum, I don't really know what it would be like. I suppose it all depends on the forum

Where you can give users permission to upload images instead
