Possible BT?

could we have a BT set up here?? for just the cricketMX users?? UL between each other, get 1 person hosting a tracker and so forth....

I'd host it, but I don't know how to make a tracker

From what I've been reading you need to host a tracker on your PC? Can someone verify that?
If so I couldn't because my connection's not stable enough and not fast enough
