Just to check that, Red, make sure the filename your friend is using is NOT the one listed above the image here. The file extension JPG should be jpg, which you'll see if you view the image properties.
Lots of web servers run on unix or linux boxes where everything is (A) case sensitive and (B) unique. Linux uses no file extensions so any change in the name represents a different file. The correct URL for the image is http://forums.cricketmx.com/files/constant_logo.jpg and it appears to work for me.
