If your running the server it isn't a problem, I can succesfully join using any chat client using a loopback or my LAN address thats why the problem is hard to find out cause you can't test it out on yourself other people must try to get in. We did get RoboMX to enter the channel but that was after 8 or 9 time attempts using its out-join function

Good news! Ouka has fixed the bug in his server that was preventing some clients from joining the channel and after abit of testing from a very good assistant here it is, all seems to be working again now

P.S I thought Id add here an example of the chatstartup.txt file for people to either view or download (to download the file you must right-click the download tab and select save target as) and use or use it as a template for there own. So far so good

However, as usual I have another 'hitch'!

In the 'Management Situation' window in Ouka, I have the 'Suneo Block' disabled. However, I still get:
'<Admin> SUNEO (ASCII Art Flooding) is Blocked! [IP:209.##.##.##]

Any ideas why?

Ouka is a great server and getting better all the time. Superb job.

and btw.....

Within ouka, when a 'admincmd /banip' or 'kickban' is issued, the username AND IP of the banned user is shown in the 'Penalty List'.

Because this isn't actually stored anywhere, I then have to copy the IPs into my 'ChatStartup.txt' file to reload them when I restart Ouka.

Works great, but there doesn't seem to be a way of storing the IP AND username!

I can only add the lines as:

;UserName IdiotUser
/banip 80.##.##.###

and the banned IPs get reloaded.

But a 'ListBans' won't show WHO the banned user is!

Any suggestions on how I can get the Penalty list to reload the Username AND IP?

Are you sure you have the English files loaded?
Check that line in the RCMSConf.txt file, make sure it's 0.

And the penalty list thing, short answer is no using /banip puts the numerical IP and the hexadecimal equivalent in the list using /kickban puts the username and numerical IP address into it, reloading the bans can only give you the numerical and hexadecimal value's in the list, no way of adding the names to it im afraid.

Said you disabled the suneo block? I always thought that suneo block thing had to do with certain ascii characters in peoples names, Are they being blokced from entering or being kicked out cause I don't ever get that come up on my screen I did however find #admincmd suneowriteblockon and #admincmd suneowriteblockoff I dont use either of these two commands in my channel so if you've turned it off as you say cause this is the only command referring to "suneo block" try opening your channel without using this command at all and see what happens
