I've been having a problem that I can't seem to solve. Recently I bought a game from Steam. But strangely when I try to open the game from the Steam library it doesn't show up. I didn't find out anything there. I have no idea what could be the issue.
I searched on Google and found some articles like this one. As I am not an expert in computing, I am quite confused which method will perform perfectly. If anyone suggest some ideas, it would be helpful. Thank you,
Steam Game Not Showing

Step 2 from your article is likely the best approach. If the game is somehow not compatible with your computer (maybe it only works on Windows or on Mac) then it won't show up by default. Good luck.
Honestly, I had this exact same thing happen last month after a client update and it’s super annoying. Before you mess with any deep settings, try right-clicking the game in your library, go to Properties, then Installed Files, and click Verify integrity of game files. Usually, a couple of files just didn't download right and this forces Steam to fix them without a full reinstall. If that doesn't work, sometimes clearing your Download Cache in the Steam settings does the trick, just be ready to log back in afterward!
