I saw this in my Windows Updates and had to investigate as I,m that sort of person
This is the list of what it will remove automatically from your machine, the ratings are taken from Microsofts list.

Win32/Berbew , Moderate
Win32/Doomjuice , Low
Win32/Gaobot , Moderate
Win32/MSBlast , Moderate
Win32/Mydoom , Moderate
Win32/Nachi , Moderate
Win32/Sasser , Moderate
Win32/Zindos , Low
Win32/Korgo , Moderate
Win32/Netsky , Moderate
Win32/Randex , Moderate
Win32/Zafi , Moderate

Any malicious software that is not listed in this table is not detected and not removed by the tool. To scan for and remove other malicious software, use an up-to-date antivirus product.

I was worried about it deleting all sorts of stuff but I can rest easy now, and hide that blaster source..lol (just kidding )
