AOL's AOL on Desktop should fit in this category. I don't know how many times I've removed that thing from different computers, only to have it come right back.
Bet they don't enforce it because that would be doing the right thing.

That's good new,let's hope they enforce the laws & that spyware makers don't find lopholes in the law to still make their crapware.
