I can't change my home page...no really I cant!

For quite a while when I've tried to get to Internet Options through Internet Explorer I get, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions set on this computer, contact your system administrator." However I can go to the Control Panel and access it and change anything I want...except this:

Nasty case of spyware. You should know how to rid yourself of that.

I got spybot, but nothing shows up, except alexa, that may be the problem. I guess I'll find out shortly. And there's some stuff that doesn't show up and I know damn good and well that I have tons of adware.

Like grinch said, your infected. Scan your system with Adware from Lavasoft and then scan for virus.
