Thats a whole heap of time I cant spare for it then Red .
The latest news is that last weeks patch is a half hearted attempt to fix an active x problem . Read here about the fun (term used loosely )

I usually have a look on the sysmantec site for whats new out there.

Sometimes its wise download the latest fix ,because the anti virus detects fine but has probs cleaning

If you run a firewall and don't just open every .exe file that passes by you shouldn't get virusses and trojans at all... Spyware is a bit harder, to prevent getting most you should go for netscape/mozilla based or opera browser.

Having had a few worms creep in and successfully fought off I can say its not really hard to get attacked these days , the best policy is to back up and have regular scans and updating of anti virus software. When its gone its gone .
