When making a request for tech support, please keep in mind that we cannot read minds. You must be as specific as you can about your problem and what you have done so far to try and fix the problem.

Things we need to know:

1. Operating System
2. Program or device you're having problems with
3. Are your drivers up to date?
4. Have you done a Windows Update recently?
5. Have you been to the manufacturer website?
6. Error codes if any
7. Any other solutions you have tried

Once we know these things it will save us time telling you to do something you have already done. A lot of times a simple google search will reveal the answer to your troubles. It is the first thing I do when troubleshooting a problem.

it may also be good to list other devices that are connected even if they aren't the problem. Sometimes they still like to fight with each other.
