Firefox had a crashing issue in Linux on my computer. the problem is the Flash plugin. I installed Flashblock so I only run Flash that I want, instead of logos, ads, and random widgets. Problem solved. I've also used Flashblock on our older computer because a few Flash ads really eat up the processor.

I'm with you about Vista P2P, from what I've heard (haven't used it) it is a lot worse than XP. Which VM did you use? I recently tried Win98 in VirtualBox and had a bit of a hard time. Video and Sound drivers weren't picked up. I would expect even more trouble from 95.
