I am currently on a LAN at work. Each computer on the LAN has it's own IP address on the LAN, however on the internet each PC has the same external IP which is given to us by our ISP. I can be logged onto this website from two different PC's both registering the same IP address with two different us...

Who says you cannot have two or more logins on a phpBB forum with the same IP?
