yes, I'm behind a router, but I portforward, have no problem everyone else seeing the room, I just can't see it, not with ouka or winmx , when I am the one hosting. it just won't load for me

hello everyone:-) I have been hosting in Winmx lately, no problems except when I am hosting, I can never bring my room up on the list. Which is'nt really a problem when I am using winmx to host. But the cohost wants me to start using ouka chat server now, would love to, but seems I still can't bring...

Just don't know what to think :? There's this new person in the chat room I go to...and of course I run Peer Gaurdian and it is blocking him. He seems nice, but does'nt share very much, but he is sharing the new star wars movie right now. But why would he be picked up as a bad ip? and the spy-spilt3...

Just want to let you guys know, I did it!!! I disabled my dhcp in the modem, and forwarded the ports from there to my router WAN ip.......and it worked:-))) I so happy!

ok, if I need to forward from my modem to the routher, what would be or how can I find the routers static ip address? Or if it is as simple as truning off the modems built in router, how do I do that? And would that really be ok? cause I know my isp says use that dhcp thing, don't want to do anythin...
