Ok. I have that set, but how would I start a download with somebody. Do I need to type him in somewhere?

I just installed MX Monitor, and I can't seem to figure out how to set it up. I've gone to other websites with overviews, but I just doesn't seem to work out with me. Is there anyone out there who could help me, say thru IM or ICQ, so I can go thru step-by-step of what I would be doing wrong? Thanks...
