How do you change the $ into something else at the top of the quizes (it says the reward for right answers, deduction for wrong answers, and tax for playing)? It says $ but how would you make it say gil or something else?

Open lang_main and find the quiz section. Then find the $%s similar, and replace it with %s Gil
