well being in a rual area, and given the limitations of dsl, and the limited avilability of fiber optic, yeah people still use dial up..if they're in sticky situations like myself, but i'm on satelite, which is just as bad..

I voted Google. If I had to make a top three list it would be: 1. Google, 2. Yahoo, 3 - Live Search.

I like Google not only because it's search results list at the top, sites specifically what I'm looking for, but I have iGoogle as well as my home page with News feed, roaming eyes, calendar, joke of the day, and the like. :D

Guess I am the only one who picked other who knew
I didn't know if I should have made a new post for this but it does fit the topic. guess after surfing the threads of the web I found this search engine. It's takes a bit to get used to and I would like allot more features in the future but I find it out searches any of the other engines

There is a topic about Cuil somewhere, we reviewed it the day it was released and were very unimpressed. A search for CricketMX only revealed results for spam/porn/dubious looking websites.

A search for CricketMX on Cuil now is a bit better though, understandably they have tweaked and improved their algorithms a bit since launch day.

yeah for one the name, google has been drilled into everyone's head for the past 10 years....

cuil.com is not something that comes to mind for searching....

google sounds like a more ply-able adjective, google could be like gargling, or a game, in our case searching, what do you do when you search it?

you GOOGLE it....

Not to mention the fact that google, i can search under images, maps, news, and a million other things, cuil, only the web...

So I'd say they have a fat chance in hell on taking on or taking out google....

That's really well put Layzie.

What do you with Cuil? Cuil isn't ply-able at all, it's just a weird word. To say "I'm CricketMXing it" on the search function sounds better

A typical Cuil conversation:
"Hold on a second, I'm cuiling something" .... "You're killing something?" .... "No, cuil [pause] ing it .... "Riiiight"

I hven't made it past FireFox and Opera yet but if firefox begins to stay gimped with the 3.0
seems fox is a slow loader I may just have a peek at it. I also seen IE is losing more ground with the introduction of chrome.

now I am off to kill something, I mean............. Cuil something :l0l:
OH btw culi here means to weed out or get rid of the lesser
