There are some interesting domain appraisal sites out there too. LeapFish springs to mind, but I think it has since been sold.
Unfortunately, automated appraisal tools can never be accurate... they give you a ballpark at best. I mean, I think it said CricketMX.com was worth $800, rubbish. Everyone knows a site like this is more in the region of 12-14 million dollars
